A member of the famed Kennedy family, Tatiana Schlossberg, succumbed on Tuesday following a recent announcement of a uncommon leukemia diagnosis.
Family and Institution Confirm the Passing
The sad news was announced in a public statement from the Kennedy Presidential Library.
“Our beautiful Tatiana passed away this morning. She will forever remain in our hearts.”
Details of the Condition
As detailed in a published essay late last year, she disclosed that she had been found to have acute myeloid leukemia with a uncommon variant.
Acute myeloid leukemia is a malignancy that originates in the blood and bone marrow.
